Introduction of Printing Craft
Printing on the surface of flat glass, this processing method is to brush the ink on the glass through a screen, and finally heated at the required temperature to make the ink thick and clear, then to show the exquisite colors. It is the most commonly used processing method for various products.
Because each color needs to go through one process, which will affect the processing cost, it is recommended that the color of the pattern design should be within 3 (including) colors.
Introduction of Decals Craft
Decals on the surface of flat glass, the decal is pasted on the glass surface, after heating to the required temperature, the pattern is transferred to the glass. The colors are vivid and can fully show the complete details of the pattern and delicate color changes. It is most often used to express artistic paintings, photographs or other designs with more colors.
The pattern needs to provide a high-resolution file so that it will not be distorted and blurred.
Introduction of Sticking Foil Craft
In the gold and silver foil craft, because the foil is extremely thin, the craftsmen need to gently stick the foil on the product by hands, and finally cover a protective paint to seal the foil on the glassware.
Gold foil has a noble and gorgeous texture, and the silver foil shows a low-key elegance. The two are often combined with printing or decals craft to better express the nobility of the glassware.
The foil of glassware will change due to differences in humidity and temperature. With the changing time and environment, changes in metal texture and appearance will be different. This is a normal phenomenon, showing its unique characteristics.
Introduction of Sandblasting Craft
The glass sandblasting craft uses compressed air as the driving force to push the abrasive to the glass surface for processing and atomize the glass surface. The artistic effect of foggy or embossed will be produced due to the spraying time and the depth of strength.
The visual effect of this craft is relatively primitive and soft. You can choose full sandblasting or sandblasting according to the design pattern.
Introduction of Fusing Craft
For glass fused craft, flat glass is heated to a molten state at a high temperature with the special mold. Not only can the surface present well-designed lines, shapes and patterns, the most important is that the edges of the glass will be very smooth and shiny, creating natural glassware.
If the double-layer glass cover needs to be fused, the pattern design must be a large piece that can be cut.
